C'est pas possible, ça! Je croyais que aptitude était installé par défaut.
Essaie:

$ sudo apt-get purge cups
$ sudo pat-get install cups

Puis vérifie que dans Système/Administration/Services, le 'service
d'impression cups' est bien coché.
