impossible d'ouvrir le fichier verrou permission non accordee

excusez la longueur  du message en rapport avec la console
mais a la fin     j'ai un message comme quoi il est impossible d'ouvrir 
le fichier verrou
que me conseillez vous svp?
j'ai tente d'utiliser komposer et ca bloque a cause de ce probleme ( du 
moins c'est ce qui a ete affiche )
 
 ces questions sont surement simples ou basiques pour vous , mais je 
suis debutant aussi et d'un age avance.... 70 ans en mars _
