comment compiler un programme sans les fichiers configure INSTALL et Makefile

Bonjour,
je cherche comment compiler les sources d'un programme sans les fichiers 
 > configure  > INSTALL et > Makefile

J'ai bien recupéré les sources du logiciel gCAD3D, car il n'existe pas 
pour linux ubuntu amd64,
mais malheureusement je ne trouve pas les fichiers clef pour la 
compilation et donc je ne sais pas le compiler pour feisty amd64 
quelqu'un peut il m'aider?
