probleme scanner

pour toto
j'ai un scanner snapscan e20 que je n arrive pas à faire 
fonctionner
et on me dit se qui suit.
je voudrais donc savoir comment allé creer le fichier dans root et y
mettre le fichier snape20.bin

J'ai un scanner Agfa SnapScan E25 USB sous DAPPER; j'ai trouvé des
infos

J'ai appliqué les instructions ci-dessous.

As root

1. Create the folder /usr/share/sane/snapscan

2. Copy the scanner firmware file (Snape25.bin)

into the folder you have just created in 1.

( downloadable at
http://www.evonet.be/~bfran/extern/snapscan-firmware/ )
The file name cannot contain any space!!!

3. Edit /etc/sane.d/snapscan.conf and change the line:


# firmware /usr/share/sane/snapscan/your-firmwarefile.bin
for:
firmware /usr/share/sane/snapscan/Snape25.bin

4. Reboot. It should work.
