xfce4-terminal's translation system is hosted by Transiflex on https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/xfce-apps
Gunnar is not right : the string ("Set _Encoding") is not really well traduced ("Définir l’encodage" should be  "Définir l'encodage")
i sent a message to SpiKe and glaville, reviewers of Xfce-Apps on Transiflex
So now it's not a Ubuntu Translation bug, and Ubuntu French Translators team is not concerned
