[Bug 1096142] [NEW] apt-get in French doesn't recognize "O" for "Oui"

I used apt-get to download vim. As I set my language preferences to French, apt-get asked me the following question:

Annulation.

(in English, "do you want to continue?")

However, it works if I enter "y" (for "yes"):
