@xan : people from Quebec are French native speakers, and our translations are for all French speakers not just for French (from France) people.
There are many examples of French words wich are "Frenchisation" of English Words (bulldog -> bouledogue; packet-boat -> paquebot; fuel -> fuel; bowl -> bol; reporting -> reportage; etc.)

"blogage" sounds perfect for me and it's already used by other translations teams.
However we should write "microblogage" in one word.
