Quelqu'un a une opinion tranchée sur la question ? « Réseaux sociaux »
semble trop large, et « micro-blogging » est vraiment anglais. « Micro
blogage » ne sonne pas super bien non plus, mais on n'a rien de mieux on
dirait...

(Je me suis pas vraiment posé la question avant, je vous laisse voir.)
