on fresh install of Ubuntu 9.04
Window titled (raw translation from French by me) "Confirm the install of restricted software":
inside everything is in English instead of French
Installation de greffons multimedia (fenetre apparaissant lorsqu'on essaye de lire un MP3 pour la 1ere fois): lorsqu'on clique sur "installer", une nouvelle fenetre intitulée "Confirmer l'installation des logiciels restreints" apparait. Elle est entierement en anglais:
"The use of this software may be restricted in some countries. You must verify that one of the following is true:
-these restrictions do not apply in your country of legal residence
-you have permission to use this software (for example, a patent license)
-you are using this software for research purpose only"
