Ok thanks for the URL Jonathan. I had forgotten this translations project...
It's easy to dowbload .po files from pootle : http://l10n.compiz-fusion.org/pootle/fr/compizfusion/index.html?editing=1

I've just re-upload this file n Rosetta for Hardy and Intrepid but the
number of strings doesn't match. I'll check this when imports will be
effective.
