[Bug 71482] Missing translations in language-pack-kde-fr-base package

Binary package hint: language-pack-kde-fr-base

In (K)Ubuntu Edgy 6.10 Kdevelop is not translated in French because
those files are missing in language-pack-kde-fr-base :

kdevelop.mo
kdevtipofday.mo
kdevdesigner.mo
desktop_kdevelop.mo

and maybe some others...

Note that those files are present in the kde-i18n-fr package from this
repository: http://kubuntu.org/packages/kde-355/

This bug seems to affect also Dapper users.
