Official Mascot Artwork Delay

Hello flavors! As you've noticed, the official mascot artwork is late. UI
freeze is still happening today, but wallpaper updates can be made as bug
fixes. Artwork is tentatively planned to be finalized early next week,
including the greyscale versions to colorize. If flavors can wait to upload
wallpaper bug fixes or social posts with their colorized mascot wallpaper
until we've posted, that would be great!
