Running release parties

Hi all,

I have just spend some time getting the mechanics of Gutsy Release
Parties in order.

Right, release parties should be added to
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/GutsyReleaseParties

I have also written up a short guide that really needs expanding about
how to run a party. I welcome your input at

I will be blogging it soon to get the profile raised and get this show
on the road. :)
