Libreoffice dispone de varios temas empaquetados en el repositorio de Ubuntu:<br>

Ejecuta este comando y verás los temas disponibles:<br>

apt-cache search libreoffice-style-<br>
<br>
Si quieres instalar uno simplemente instala su paquete correspondiente.<br>
