mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: ES-MX">A tu pregunta, efectivamente puedes instalar Red Hat en tu maquina y con Windows XP, sin embargo la instalación debe ser de la siguiente forma, primero Windows XP y luego la distribución de GNU/Linux que escojas, ahora bien que distribución es la mejor, eso es muy subjetivo, ya que dependiendo de tus necesidades y adaptabilidad a cada uno de ellos.</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: ES-MX">Por mi experiencia (yo comencé con RH5 hasta el RH9, Corel Linux, Mandrake, Turbo Linux, SUSE... etc) te recomiendo que pruebes con varios, aunque como dice Marco y Ricardo Ubuntu es muy amigable y fácil de instalar así como de actualizar y existe mucho soporte para esta distribución, no estoy haciendo mala publicidad de Ubuntu, pero creo que como usuaria novata debes tener en cuenta que cada recomendación esta basada en la experiencia personal de cada persona, y debo ser justo, yo aprendí mas con RH que con otra distribución, no porque fuera mejor sino porque era en su momento más complicada, (¿me explico?) pero si lo que no quieres es complicarte la vida usa Ubuntu, pero si lo que quieres es aprender de LINUX Aprende de las demás distribuciones y así tu conocimiento será mas basto.</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt;
