Convertir video con ffmpeg

Hola
ubunteros:
Estoy
intentando convrtir un fichero de vídeo de tipo 'mov' a 'mp4' o
'avi' con ffmpeg, doy la siguiente orden pero no funciona

ffmpeg
-i roberto.mov r.avi

me da el
siguiente error, ¿como lo arreglo?
