Me acabo de descargar este path de:

y estoy siguiendo la guia para parchearlo de:
Instalar driver Modem HSF Conexant (HDAUDIO Soft Data Fax Modem with 
SmartCP)(solucion a medias, y preguntas)

luego les cuento cómo me fué.
