>Hola amigo que tal, trata de añadir las llaves de esta forma:

$ sudo gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv 0C5A2783
$ sudo gpg --export --armor 0C5A2783 | sudo apt-key add -La forma en si es con estos comandos, los numeros son los ultimos 8 de la NO_PUBKEY es decir de 2EBC26B60C5A2783, tomas la mitad de la clave, asi: 2EBC26B6-0C5A2783, eso sirve para todas...
