problema conexion a internet wvdial

Hola A todos, mi problema es el siguiente:

Trato de conectarme a internet mediante acceso telefonico por un servidor
Ras en windows que tiene un proxy , pero cuando marco con wvdial me sale
lo siguiente:

ahora si me conecto desde una pc en windows todo funciona OK, por favor
