Falla al instalar MBD a ODB

EL primer comando te dio la respuesta:
alfredo en alfredo-desktop:~$ sudo apt-cache search odbcinst1
[sudo] password for alfredo:
odbcinst1debian1 - Biblioteca y programa de ayuda para acceder a archivos
ini de odbc


El paquete se llama odbcinst1debian1 entonces haz:

$sudo apt-get install odbcinst1debian1

Luego de que se instale prueba instalar la aplicación original que querías
instalar con $sudo dpkg -i
