sobre actualizacion de mirror de Ubu

hola lista :

he conseguido con un amigo un mirror de Ubu-Breezy pero tengo problemas 
con las "public keys" para poder actualizarlo regularmente
(la instalacion de los paquetes desde el mirror la logro sin ninguna 
dificultad )
he leido lo referente a actualizacion de mirrors en ubuntu-guia pero no 
me deja nada claro
el servidor donde esta guardado el mirror es Debian-Sarge
realmente no tengo claro como importar a Debian las "public keys" de Ubu 
para poder actualizar el mirror

aca les envio mi script ubuntu-mirror.sh y parte de la salida de error 
al correrlo.
espero como siempre su ayuda
