Problema con plptools y QT

Tengo un problema al tratar de compilar el plptools 0.13 en mi Ubuntu
Hoary, me dice que no encuentra las librerias QT, en si el error que me
vota es este:

como veran pide una version de QT que obviamente tengo, instale la
libqt3-dev y me sigue saliendo el error, que me falta?, intente
indicando la variable QT_DIR al /usr/lib/qt3 pero idem no pasa nada, si
alguien me puede dar luces le agradecere.
