Si. Instala el grub en el diskette y luego haz un menu.lst que 
arranque tu Ubuntu.
Para instalarlo utiliza grub-install y luego puedes copiar el menu.lst
de ubuntu en el diskette. Debería funcionar aunque no lo he probado.
