Tienes que instalar tk8.4-dev y tcl8.4-dev si no recuerdo mal para poder
compilarlo. No se si te solicitará alguna librería más, lo único que
tieens que hacer es un apt-cache search tk, tcl, .... o la librería que
tu veas que te está dando problemas a la hora del ./configure. Después
instala los -dev porque los necesitas para la compilación a partir del
código fuente.

A mi el ./configure, make y luego make install (este último como root)
me ha funcionado bien y le tengo funcionando ahora mismo, así que si no
hay ningún problema más lo único que necesitaras son las cuatro cosillas
que te fallen ahora y que no tengas instaladas.
