I see the issue when looking at
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/maverick/+source/k3b/+pots/k3b/es/+translate?start=0&batch=10&show=changed_in_launchpad&field.alternative_language=&field
.alternative_language-empty-marker=1&old_show=all

I do not know the cause, but an easy solution is to review all those
translations and choose the "Packaged" version, as I see that in most of
the cases it is the correct one. You can also manually fetch the
translation from upstream and upload it as "Imported translation" at
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/maverick/+source/k3b/+pots/k3b/es/+upload

After that, upstream translations will be tracked and given precedence
again:
