[Bug 589089] [NEW] KTouch Spanish keyboard is wrong

The Spanish keyboard scheme for KTouch have certain problems: some
characters don't have a key assigned and others are assigned to the
wrong key. I have attached the corrections that I actually use; I hope
they help.
