If you take a look to the bug report, you can see how I already
reassigned the bug to the correct place, I just rejected it from
Launchpad Translations tool, but it's open on language-pack-kde-es-base
so you don't need to do anything.

About Lionel's comment, he's suggesting that you go to
https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/gutsy/+source/kdebase/+pots/konqueror/es/+translate

and you suggest a fix for such bad translation, that's the point behind
Launchpad Translations, you can go and add a suggestion fix directly, it
will still need to wait until an official translator approves it, but
that way it's faster.
