<div dir="ltr">it is hard to consider this "routine", I didn't say they "love" routine :D ... in contrary, they seem to be very cooperative, but, they are just ensuring the quality of workshops provided under their name, in order not to loose their own credibility, so this appears reasonable to me :D... also they could easily understand that "python", for example, has NO local certificate :D so they just bypassed the point :D<div>
