I am glad that you reconsidered. Of course its part of your role,
and the matter of consultation isn't really mandatory as long as you
know what has to be done to maintain our team integrity and the over
all image of our team. What really matters about authoritative role is
the ability to listen, communicate, and the courage to reconsider and
above them all representing a good example of a community member. <br>

I truly understand why you did what you did, and I felt the same
feeling specially after spending that much effort in our event in Cairo
university, yet there are priorities and a purpose to fulfill no matter
what. ;)<br>
