Actually I prefer Inkscape since it handles those PDFs in way I can
extract icons easily and also its alot easier, yet I loved gliffy its
really efficient, has rich library and provide collaboration to created
diagrams more easily<br>

I can place the icons, and text labels, but I can't find out how to
draw lines, and snap them to a specific angel so they remain parallel.<br>
