[Ubuntu-eg] Ubuntu Saucy 13.04 Arabic translation status is very bad.

Hello, I've noticed that ubuntu saucy has 166164 strings untranslated in
arabic which is about 72% of ubuntu strings.
I think we should we take action about that, right? :)
