[Ubuntu-eg] How to do these stuff in Ubuntu

I can give a hand in the startup thing
If you run a server, it's a good practice that you give Webmin a try, you
can do anything with the system/server using it including startup anything.
the location is probably anywhere in the system, but everybody use /opt..
