I have a couple of points I want to bring up. 

1. We shouldn't distribute CDs in this event. CDs costs us a lot of money and actually it's done professionally and we 
lose a lot of CDs. This way we will have more money to invest in publicity for instance.

2. I suggest we postpone it a little bit, to allow for good publicity, partnership formation, best choice for the venue ..etc

And sure we should have a meeting to discuss details isA.
