Those messages haven't been sent individually, They were sent via
launchpad, launchpad sends the message directly to your inbox ( not to a
mailinglist ) and it adds a note at the end saying that it's been sent
through it, check the quoted message in the email, he probably sent it to
the ubuntu-eg team in launchpad.
