[Ubuntu-eg] Meeting proposal

Hi guys,

The poll is closed. The day with highest votes is Friday, but unfortunately
it will be the first day of Ramadan(I didn't realize this till yesterday).

So the meeting date will be *Monday 16th of July, Cilantro Abbas Elakkad.
