@Ahmed M. Araby, being a Fedora ambassador doesn't make you "Kafer" in
Ubuntu land :P
(FYI:myself have no problem with fedora or it's community, I just
can't comfort myself with RH and RHEL). I think that all points you
listed are very much valid.

The following is my opinion, not the team's.
Problem 1: Having a better Team-working; I think it's rather a social
problem, I mean. we have this problem everywhere, not only in
open-source world. IMHO, it's a matter of time to learn how to make
use of each other(not to explot) :)

Problem 2: Connecting developers with each other; we can make use of
the Group we started, ueg-devs[1]. It was thought that if we put
experienced developers with newcomers and geeks in one place, it can
be a positive environment to help new ppl engage development. There,
ppl can ask and get answers, offer "courses"(of any kind or level, I
prefer Screen-Casting to avoid wasting time&effort by giving the same
course many times and even to the same ppl physically).

problem 3: Beginning with idea not team; We have a draft-project
called Al-Jazari[2], it's a programming master that teaches ppl how to
program practically, enables ppl to offer courses(either in text, or
screencasts), with a school-like approach(e.g. giving homework,
timed-exams&drills, etc..). Building it isA will be though collecting
all features we want to see in the final shape, then we split the
whole job into many tasks that can be available to anyone in the team
to pick the task s/he likes and start working on it and if s/he gets
obstacled can ask on the -devs mailing-list. So, the -devs Group will
be, isA, a backstage to develop such app, which is going to be
released under ubuntu-eg team name. This is a draft project and
anything can be changed by ppl on -devs team.

problem 4: having other psychological needs with what we do; Man,
we're geeks, = "Proud and Stubborn Creatures" :P. Myself, I can accept
pride from myself as long as we're doing something on ground :)
Ya rab elmadou3 dah yekmal :)
