[Ubuntu-eg] main problem in ubuntu

The other problem with ubuntu is that it lacks power managment tools. 
Processors that run hot, typically have methods that helps them to run 
at lower speeds. My laptop's processor (amd) runs really hot if it is 
running at full speed. I wish there is somehow to investigate and tackle 
this problem.
