[Ubuntu-eg] 11.10 release party

Dear all;
I was wondering did we finalize the place to have the party? Do we need some
money? If so how much?
for the fundraising team and trainings I would like to plan for a meeting
with a basic training this week before I leave. I would prefer day time but
up to u all. Waiting for replies.
