Yes let's fire it up, I think too that an NGO became the next logical step,
but we need to understand more:
1. If we reg'd it as an NGO it won't be a LoCo anymore, so that ngo will be
separate from the LoCo.
2. Team of Negotiators to negotiate what and with who?
