Dear All
I think that talking about changing the group owner took too much time so i won't talk about it but i will write some points below that i gained as i am a new member in community
As i am a new member as i mentioned before and the last gathering "Ubuntu-Jam" was my first event in the community i didn't meet the group owner and also the event creator wasn't the owner too , so what the benefit of the ownership As Ahmed said in the previous mail , owner ship doesn't mean a lot so if we have group owner or not we will continue meeting and the group will move forward isa The last thing thanks to all people i met in "Ubuntu-Jam" they were grateful and very welcome.
Thanks & Best regardsMohamed TarekFrom: ahmedkhattabshams at gmail.com

Dear Shams & Karim,
While I appreciate your dedication to the loco team, here is my take.First lets not get the loco-contacts involved in this. (Mesh 3awzeen nefda7 we negarras)

I will start with Shams,Your reply to Karim's mail is terrible and kinda annoying to read. While I do not agree with some of Karim's points here is my take.

If I were someone wanting to join the loco team and reading this reply I would hesitate to even contact you. (take care how you reply). Good people attract good people. Dicks attracts dicks. Sarcasm and irony as well as the tone of your reply indicate the latter.

What will change once the ownership is transferred. Good people attract good people, Good Admins guarentee better future :)

And who should it be transferred too? That's not the cause at all.

I knew Karim from when the loco team started. I was one of the first back then btw too. I can confirm Karim's dedication. While it might have been less it still does not change the fact he initiated the ubuntu-eg and contributes.

Karim clearly said he would change ownership if this is what the team desires (I admire that but I have something to pick on later on this mail). Explain to me why you are bashing him.

I'm not talking to anyone personally, frankly I feel bad when citing Karim's name, because I really don't want this to get down to a personal level, I want to keep talking to him as an Owner only.

As for Karim

Dude seriously sending to the loco-contacts is just way below you. Don't make us look bad. What position are you stepping down from. Clearly your opinion and say does not matter at that point as it used to since as you can see the loco team has revived by people who are dedicated more time for it.

Get back on show interest by reading the mailing list.
We had this issue with leaderships before and you know that so lets learn to avoid it. We should get rid of the idea of leadership in a loco team. No such thing. Also since when does contributing outside the Loco team not count... Seriously you need to change this way of thinking.

No need to change ownership unless someone with a complex really wants to see his name up there.
Just my 2 centsCheersSeif

I should be very very sorry for replying outside our internal mailing list, and I am. (I swear I forgot to remove the loco-contacts mail from receivering mails).

@All Dear Egypt LoCo team, I am very very sorry to you all for speaking while being pissed off, and I wish Karim understands that this team is totally new to what he had ever participated in, along time ago.

@Seif, I'm sure that you agree with me that, Dear Karim Fayez is no longer active for years. Do you agree???
