Changing Ubuntu Egypt group owner

[Ahmed Kamal]

Someone from the council just pinged me to check if things are "ok" in the
team, I mentioned that the team will talk internally and hopefully resolve
this issue internally. I hope things will go smoothly, and I think the
involved parties need to just talk together since there is no real issue.
Get on a table and start talking and hopefully finishing this soon. Let us
know how things go
