[Ubuntu-eg] [off topic] web design and web development diploma

can anyone suggest where to get the diploma of web design & web development
in mansoura?
if anyone taken it before could you please briefly tell me how long is the
course will take?
is the diploma is certified by egypt higher education ministry?

sorry for being off topic but as a foreigner i know the only community i can
trust in egypt is this ubuntu community.
