Hi Mohammed,

Can you use filtering in your email client to avoid emails cluttering your
inbox? The point is that normally mailing lists are used for these types of
discussions. I mean there is no community guide line that prevents this
behavior.

I am personally subscribed to a dozen mailing list and managing my inbox is
my own responsibility. So I create a filtering rule for every mailing list
that make it skip my inbox and put into a separate folder.

You doing this will be a lot easier than transferring all the team's
discussions to the forums.
