[Ubuntu-eg] problem:I Can't open Ntfs partition

if i'm not mistaken.. every HDD should have MBR.. where the system put on
the information of filesystem... like 4GB pendrive you format as NTFS.. you
only get around 3.95GB... the remaining is used to write MBR.sorry if i'm
wrong.
