[Ubuntu-eg] Ubuntu compatible laptop

+1 Lenovo as well. I can say 90% of Ubuntu Devs use Lenovos and that it's a
strong and mostly compatible laptop (even in case bugs arise, they're fixed
quickly for obvious reasons :)
