فكرة كويسة هقول رأيي الشخصي

اولا فكرة رائعة جدا بس انا اعتذر اني اتاخرت جدا اكتب احنا عملنا ايه في اخر
ميتنج

احنا كنا بنفكر نعمل حاجة كويسة جدا كورس اوبنتو و مجموعة ورش عمل صغيرة سريعة
بسيطة مجانية في حاجات مهمة منها بعض الحاجات اللي قلتها
و بالاضافة الي
joomla , Drupal, ...etc

كان نفسي تحضر الاجتماع اللي فات معانا

رايي في الصح اللي مفروض يتعمل علشان كل الأفكار تنجح

1- مجموعة ورش عمل محاضرة تمهيدية بسيطة سريعة مجاااانية متاحة للناس و تسويق
جيد للمحاضرات

- توفير بعض المواد الأولية من تأليفنا او ترجمتنا او تلخيصنا اون لاين للحضور

2- دورات في اساسيات اوبنتو و دورة متقدمة في أوبنتو مجانية و بسيطة و متاحة
للكل

3- النقطة ده انا مقتنع بيها جدا و ده اللي انت اثرتها و ناقشتها و ده انا قريت
عنها كتيير جدا في بريزنيس الاوبن سورس

الدورات و ورش العمل المدفوعة و المواد التعليمية المدفوعة و مراكز التدريب و
كورسات أوبنتو فيها

الفكرة ده انت عرصتها بشكل جميل جدا و انا اتناقشت فيها مع افق اكاديمي و هم
بيدعموا الفكرة جدا

بس الفكرة ستجد صعوبة في تسويقيها لاننا ما مهدناش السوق لها الناس مش هتدفع في
كورس ما سمعتش عنه او ما شفتش له نماذج بسيطة مجانية محاضرات توضيحية

اظن ان شركات التدريب الكبيرة لما بتنزل كورس جديد بتدي سيشن مجانية تشرح للناس
التالي :

محتويات الكورس و نبذة عن كل جزء
اهمية الكورس بالنسبة لسوق العمل، اهميته للدارس
فوائد الكورس
ما يمكن تطبيقه بمادة الكورس
نماذج ناجحة و دراسة لحالات

- هذه مجرد أفكار سريعة لتسويق قبل نزول الكورس للسوق او بعد نزول الكورس
مباشرة

طبعا للقيام بذلك هيتكلف وقت و مجهود و فلوس علي اي تست سنتر لسوق المصادر
المفتوحة الذي مازال في مرحلة البناء

لذلك ندمج بين الفكرتين

ورش العمل للفريق تمهد لاي شخص بسوق العمل لهذه الكورسات و لورش العمل هذه بشكل
مجاني تسويقي ابداعي بسيط لجمهور السوق كله

ثم بعد عدة شهور (من شهرين من 5 شهور ) او فترة أقل حسب مستوي استيعاب السوق
(طبعا فترة أقل بالنسبة للكورسات المهمة مثل أساسيات أوبنتو مثلا ) -اتحدث
عموما -

ثم تبدأ الكورسات المدفوعة و التي لها فوائد كثيرة جدا

1- تفرغ المدرب جزئيا و الاهتمام
2- توفير مواد بجودة عالية من التلخيص و الترجمة او التأليف للحضور
3- التسويق الجيد
4- الاحترافية

مما سيكون هناك اختيارات امام الجمهور كورسات مجانية و كورسات مدفوعة و هناك
فريق تطوعي و شركات احترافية تدعم مجتمع المستخدمين
