Embedded Linux - time and location

Hi every body
I finished my exams :D, I hope you doing/have done well in yours. I checked the event document and here's the summary:
9      |  members are coming (Including me).6/9  |  have no problem meeting anywhere inside Cairo.2/9  |  live outside Cairo and prefer Downtown as meeting place.8/9  |  will be free any time after 29/6.1/9  |  is free ONLY on the first two weeks of July.6/9  |  have no problem meeting at any time.2/9  |  live outside Cairo and prefer Friday or Saturday to meet.1/9  |  prefers meeting in the middle of the week after his working hours, that means after 7pm.Conclusion: 5/9 have no problem meeting any where at any time. The other 4/9 will need to find a common meeting place and time. I think every body have no problem with the Downtown and the first two week of July conditions. The problem is when exactly should we meet ? send your opinions and suggestions.
