downloading the busybox allows you to just deal with it same as the kernel
you download from kernel.org using the menuconfig
so it consists of a linux kernel (memory managament ,real time cpu
schedualing , storage management and a little standard hardware drivers )
used to be tiny to use in embedded systems and also you can use it to buld
an embedded system from scratch if you wanted (eg. honung ) so still you can
make a distro based on the busybox (thats what i know you may correct me if
I'm worng :) ) and sorry for the wrong information :)
