Ubuntu Laptop compatibility (IN EGYPT)

I use toshiba satellite a500, i5, nvidia, 4gb rams for heave development.
Compatiablity is awsome including the multimedia keys out of the box.
Nothing is not working :) bluetooth, wifi, nvidia driver, camera....etc
