Ehab, I guess you have a Windows installation on your first partition,
if right, that Windows partition's File System is corrupted. You'll
need to reinstall windows, then Ubuntu again if you installed it
through Windows(wubi), but if you installed Ubuntu on another
partition(While not running the Windows) then it's a bet easier, just
reinstall the windows on your "C:"then we'll recover your Current
Ubuntu installation.
